FEARS OF ‘WORLD WAR THREE’ allegedly rise as North Korea considers a missile on US pacific Territory Guam.
It comes hours after President Donald Trump threatened North Korea with “fire and fury like the world has never seen” if it escalates its nuclear threat.
North Korea has warned: “We will make the US pay by a thousand-fold for all the heinous crimes it commits against the state and people of this country.” and threatened to hit Guam Guam, which has a population of around 160,000 with its Hwasong-12 missiles. The missiles allegedly can carry a heavy nuclear warhead.
The Korean People’s Army said the strike on Guam could be delivered “at any moment” once Kim Jong-Un gives it the go ahead to strike Guam 3,430 miles away, which is home to America’s Andersen Air Force Base and seen by North Korea as a “beachhead” for a potential US invasion.
Guam sits in the North pacific ocean and is closer to Asia and North and South Korea and the island is home to a US air base. The US Secretary of state has now landed on the Island of Guam. Source-ITV
